The employee will establish and apply company protocols and follow commercial medical underwriting guidelines.  The Senior Underwriter will assist in protocol development, train and direct assistant underwriting staff in performance of related duties.  The Senior Underwriter will may assign tasks to other team members and allocate routine tasks and project assignments to the underwriting team and may, at the discretion of the Director of Underwriting, represent the Underwriting Department at corporate sponsored projects. The Senior Underwriter must report detailed activity to supervisor and may be responsible for developing reports for management.
