Reminder About Our Global Network
Our global provider network is comprised of the Bupa Global network outside the U.S. and the Blue Cross Blue Shield® network inside the U.S. It’s very important to present the appropriate ID card when accessing healthcare services.

You and any covered dependents should have two (2) cards:
  • A blue card for accessing the Bupa Global network outside of the U.S.
  • A white card to be used in the U.S. for the Blue Cross Blue Shield network.*

Your ID cards contain all information providers need for direct settlement. To ensure the best possible experience, it is important to do the following:
Number 1 icon Present your blue Bupa member ID card when visiting a physician or facility outside the U.S. You can refer to the network as “Bupa Global.”
 
Number 2 icon Present your white Blue Cross Blue Shield Global® member ID card when visiting a physician or facility inside the U.S.
 
*Some policies restrict areas of coverage. Please check your plan certificate of coverage for details, limitations, restrictions and exclusions.
