Taking a Moment to Focus on Your Mental Health
May is Mental Health Awareness Month. The National Alliance of Mental Illness is using this time to promote the “Take a Moment” campaign. Their goal is to highlight the importance of taking time each day to reflect on the importance of positive mental health, a journey you don’t have to take alone. You have access to our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). This offering provides you with seminars, articles and up to six sessions with a counselor, all meant to help you improve your mental health.
