Setting health goals for 2025 is a great way to take charge of your well-being. As you look back on your health in 2024, consider what you wish you had focused on more. Whether it’s walking more, eating healthier or getting better sleep, breaking your goals into simple steps helps keep you on track. For example, if walking more is your goal, try setting aside 30 minutes each day for a walk. Also, be proactive with your health by scheduling check-ups so you can start 2025 feeling your best. There are many resources to help you get started and stay on track. Remember, change doesn’t have to be big—celebrate every milestone, big or small!

When setting your health goals for 2025, be sure to focus on your mental health. Your mental well-being is just as important as your physical health, so it’s important to take care of both your mind and body.

If you’re not sure where to start, don't worry! With your GeoBlue® health plan, you have access to a free, private Employee Assistance Program (EAP), separate from your employer. This program connects you with counselors from around the world who can help you with any emotional challenges. They will help you work through problems and teach you healthier ways to handle them.
You can easily access your EAP through the GeoBlue mobile app or the Wellness Portal on the Member Hub.
